I was a patient at this practice for an implant over a decade ago and it has been excellent. The work was done by Dr. Catoggio who was excellent to work with and did excellent work. I recently had an issue almost 13 years later where the crown was becoming somewhat loose; I did not trust the advice of my primary dentist on this and so wanted to call this office to get their advice even though it had been so long since they saw me. Not only was the staff excellent and listening to my story and trying to help, but when they realized I was not living in the area any longer and it wasn't practical to come in they got me on the line with Dr. Catoggio who was more than happy to speak with me and provide essentially a mini consult about my situation. It gave me a lot of reassurance and I can't thank him and the practice enough for delivering the kind of quality care and concern they do. It goes without saying but I highly highly recommend this practice!
I stopped by as I was walking my dog because I had woken up looking like half a chipmunk. They were able to fit me in right away (I did have to take my dog home), did x-rays and referred me to a fantastic oral surgeon. I plan on calling to have further work done once my mouth heals. The chair side manner of Dr Tse and his staff was fantastic. Not that I’m looking forward to the future work, but I’m confident I will be in very capable and empathic hands.

So happy to have found such a wonderful dental practice! Dr. Tse is knowledgeable and friendly - he did an amazing job on my filling. The hygienists at the practice are also kind, efficient, and patient with a somewhat nervous patient! My husband and I look forward to returning to Short Pump Family Dentistry for all our dental needs!
Dr. Tse and the team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. On my first visit he was able to fix a dental issue I was having from a prior dentist and he explained everything to me. I was instantly relieved of the pain and sensitivity I had been experiencing! I highly recommend!
