The staff and atmosphere of this clinic are amazing. Within 2 days of getting my x-rays, I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I was very anxious when I came to the clinic, but both Dr. Carlisle and his staff made me feel very comfortable and answered anything I asked. I also appreciated them checking in with my dad who was waiting for me. It was very hospitable for them to let him know how I was doing as he waited. Dr. Carlisle also called and checked up on me this evening (about 7 hours post op) and that really solidified that I picked an awesome office to take care of me. You won’t regret going here.
I will make it short and sweet because I could write a book about Dr. Carlisle and his entire staff! I was very uncomfortable and very nervous with getting my wisdom teeth extracted to the point I scheduled with a different dental office previously but didn't get a good feeling. Soo I searched for someone else that's when I came upon Dr. Carlisle and luckily he was in my network! They make you feel so comfortable and take all your nervousness away and before you know it you are done and ready to go home with awesome results! I got four extractions yesterday and I'm back at work today in no pain and no swelling! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs they will not disappoint! Thank you to the entire wonderful staff and Dr. Carlisle!
Dr. C. and his staff are kind and considerate, personable yet professional. They have delivered excellent care to both my son and myself. All aspects of procedures including outcomes and alternatives were explained in terms anyone could understand. The time was taken to answer questions and were actually encouraged. Costs were fully explained and insurance nuances navigated as quickly and efficiently as my insurance company would allow. They even checked on me after I left. Wow, right? How often do you see physician’s of any sort that treat you as you would like to be? The atmosphere of the office has an amazingly low stress level. I feel that comes from the certainty of the staff as a whole in the knowledge that they are there to help, good at what they do, and are glad to have you as their patient. As you can read, I recommend them very highly. If an oral surgeon’s office can have you feel at ease, treat you with dignity and kindness, and even have you laughing at points, don’t you think they’re worth a try?
Going to Dr. Carlisle was a great choice. He has amazing bedside manner and you can tell he’s very knowledgeable. His staff is also amazing, I wish I remembered the name of the nurse who took care of me, she was so sweet and helped calm my nerves so well.
Had a back tooth pulled due to root canal failure. This was a “first” for me, and hopefully last, but I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carlisle and staff. They were friendly, caring, skilled, and happy to explain anything I had a question about. Highly recommend!!
