It was a very nice experience with the greeting from the ladies in the front and also the one on 1 interaction with Dr. O’Neill. I was really embarrassed about my mouth and he really did a good job with letting me know what I need to do to start my journey to repair my teeth and gums. It was not rushed, and I feel like I left the appointment with a lot of confidence in how my journey is going to go. Also, the assistant that staying in the room the entire time gave some helpful tips and she was extremely nice. She seem extremely authentic with a conversation me and her had about my teeth and also the improvement process. Once I was finish with Dr. O’Neill he let me know where I needed to go and what I needed to do and after he left a young lady also went over my treatment plan. They are environment. Seems like a tight, authentic and friendly unit. I definitely will go back because I’m going to be doing the treatment plan and I am excited about my journey and also taking the steps he advise me to take.
I highly recommend Dr O’Neil and his staff. His assistant (forgive me, I can’t remember her name) was fantastic and had a great attitude. Everyone there, actually, had great attitudes. Dr O’Neil spent plenty of time with me and explained, in detail, what I needed and I didn’t feel rushed, at all. Everything was explained and the atmosphere is cheerful and kind.
I am so incredibly happy with the work that Dr. Calahan did. Dr. Calahan and his staff were attentive to all of my needs and the whole process went smoothly. I honestly didn't know what the end result would be but it turned out better than I could have ever imagined!
