My great grandparents saw Dr Holcomb and so I have since I was a kid. I absolutely love him. He is gentle, kind, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. His staff is amazing as well. The Christian music they play is relaxing and calming. 💚 They are also financially reasonable, offer payment plans, and accept care credit so even when I lost dental insurance I was able to get done what I needed done without struggling to pay. Highly recommend.
I enjoyed the visit however, on Friday I spoke with someone and they verified my insurance and said everything was good to go. Now after the appointment was finished and checkout time I was then informed that you all were no longer in network with my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. I should have been told this before the appointment on Friday when I spoke to a reposentive not Monday after the appointment.
Love Dr. Holcomb, he has patients with me, gives advise and always has my best interest at heart. The staff is all very friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Im not a dentist fan but I'm better than I use to be.
I had my teeth cleaned by Hygienist Janalyn today. She was awesome she made sure I was comfortable, cause of my anxiety I have about a dentist. Janalyn explain everything to you. Dr. Holcomb very nice. The front desk very nice and quick checking you in and out. Answers any questions you ask very helpful.
I wasn’t really fond of Ms. Pam. She is a nice lady overall, but her patient care could use improvement. I had an appointment with her last year, but after imaging she immediately said I had to go to a Periodontist. She made the referral and my next appointment before even making sure I was taken care of. She didn’t complete my cleaning and she forgot to provide my dental care bag (had to get that from the front desk). I didn’t understand why she couldn’t do the cleaning when she did it last week without me seeing a Periodontist. I was 10 mins late last week, she greeted me then says “I’m not sure if we are going to be able to do everything as you only 30 mins of your appointment left” but we continued with the appointment and it felt rushed. I believe she is nice and a sweet lady, but she can be condescending and rushes her work.
