Dr. Falke and all of the staff at Sierra Oral & Facial Surgery are fantastic. They are very organized and help you get everything in order in advance, and when you arrive they can just focus on the comfort of the patient. Our daughter has had 2 surgeries there, both successful. They are so friendly and great with kids. They are also great at keeping the parents calm. Dr. Falke is very competent and will be our first choice for any future oral surgery needs.
Had a great experience. I was extremely nervous to be put under for my wisdom teeth extraction, but they did very well In making me feel comfortable. They even gave me a blanket to take home since it was snowing and I refused to put my jacket on after coming out of sedation. Thanks, team!
My 16yo had his wisdom teeth extraction done here. The facility was clean and the oral surgeon and staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They went over expectations, payment, and post-care thoroughly, and prior to his surgery so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Sierra Oral and Facial Surgery for your oral surgeon needs.
The medical staff was very informative. They " Listen" to me. They answered all my questions. The front office reviewed my insurance coverage and showed me some things that would make it more cost effective. Excellent care.
The staff here are SUPER friendly and made me feel right at home. Tooth extraction was very quick and MOSTLY painless lol If I had to have one complaint, it felt a tad rushed. Granted I was the last patient of the day but it just felt a bit pushy to get me going. Overall, loved it! Will def be going back for any tooth work.
