OK if you are like me and have extreme anxiety with anything dental this is as good as it gets! From the front door til you leave it is amazing! Had Dayna as my hygienist today, and the whole team is a rare find nowadays, thanks to all of you! Just had to give an additional five stars to Dr Ben and Nancy for today's visit! Have you ever felt like hugging your dentist when you get out of the chair after they work on your teeth? Never in my lifetime prior to today! Amazing ,professional, compassionate service! Highly recommend this place to provide dental care like no other!
The dentists are amazing. The front desk lady's are rude, like to gossip about other patients when people are in the waiting room, and lie to you about what insurances are covered through them. They failed to submit the correct paperwork to the insurance multiple times, and when they finally got it right, I had to pay them for a cleaning that is "fully covered" through my insurance.
I had a very traumatic experience at the dentist several years ago, which has caused me to feel very fearful when going to the dentist. I even avoided going for years as a result of that. After talking about my experiences with others I was recommended to try Silver Street Dentistry. I’m so glad I went! The team has been very professional with examining and providing solutions by priority. I recently had to get two fillings and Ben did a great job - I really felt that I was in good hands. He and his assistant kept me informed of the process as it was happening, which made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Since coming here staff have been very gentle and kind to me regardless of my visit reason. I’m so grateful! Thank you so much!!
What a wonderful experience!! I had been going to the same dentist forever and when the hygentist left I I tried the others and didn't like them. My daughter suggested that I go to Silver Street Dentistry. I'm sooo glad I did. Dana did my cleaning and was so sweet. It was a whole new ballgame for me. I didn't have a lamp come over my head so they could see the inside of my mouth, there wasn't any water, the suction tube was amazing and they even had an x-ray machine that took pictures of my entire mouth. I had a minor filling (I hadn't had a filling in many, man+y years). This didn't hurt and I wish I had gone there earlier. I met Dr.Ben and Dr. Abby did my filling. Everyone there is sooo friendly and kind.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the worst luck finding the right place to go to. I’ve probably tried 5 other local dentist and had the worst traumatic experiences from a young age and up til now. Recently, I’ve had 4 appts with them already and I can’t even explain how happy I am to have this team to work on my teeth. Everyone there is so pleasant and good at what they do, so relieving! I look forward to going back to finish any work I have left… even for fillings! So crazy. I’m talking I have had the crippling fear in the past, panic attacks and would even cancel my appts. The works. Now I can honestly say I love my dentists and if you’re like me and are anxious about getting teeth work done, I HIGHLY recommend this practice. They’re so understanding and accommodating… even comforting! ☺️
