I've struggled to find a quality lab for removable work ever since Covid. It seems like everything has just gone downhill since then. Then, I found Simpson Dental Trendz and so far I have been very impressed with the quality, communication, and customer service. Flippers, RPDs, etc. all fit very well and look great. I hope it stays this way! Highly recommend them for removable work (I haven't used them for fixed, so can't speak to that, but I'm sure it's good as well.)

I have been using Simpson Dental Trendz for all my lab work as a complete one stop shop. They are punctual, professional and excellent clinicians. Crowns, Dentures, NG's, Partials are all exceedingly high quality.
I went in for a "shade match". When I was there they told me my crown would be ready in 6 business days. It turns out it's over 10 business days! You can't rely on what this lab tells you. Also, for an extra $50 "they would rush my order to be ready this week even though it was supposed to be ready this week anyway! Sounds like this place just tries to scam people out of money! I appreciate your response however you still didn't address the misinformation I was give as to how long it takes your lab to turn around a crown. I was told 6 business days, which is not accurate. Even if you received it today, which you didn't, it would be 7 days from today, not 6. However since you received it last week, confirmed by the person I spoke with on the phone, it's more like 11 days! That's almost double the amount of time I was told.
