Today I went in to get my wisdom tooth pulled… but honestly, I walked out with more wisdom than I expected. Dr. Eaton and his entire smile team are truly something special. You can tell immediately that this isn’t just a job for them — it’s a passion. Dr. Eaton explained everything before, during, and after the procedure with so much patience and clarity. He even kept me laughing, which is wild considering I was getting a whole tooth pulled! His knowledge, his personality, and his genuine care made all the difference. And let’s talk about the atmosphere. His care crew was super kind, incredibly informative, and so professional. They work together so smoothly that it didn’t feel like a dentist appointment at all — it felt like a family gathering where everyone’s goal was to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further. Dr. Eaton is the one. I’m grateful, I’m impressed, and I’m definitely a returning patient.
The staff is very cheerful , courteous, and professional. They give ample reminders of your appointment as well. Vanessa is my hygienist and she is outstanding. Very pleasant personality and super delicate on my teeth. No pain. No jabs. Just relaxing tickling around my teeth. The highest level professional.
The staff at Singing River is friendly knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Eaton is an excellent Dentist, he is also friendly compassionate and caring. I had extensive dental work which included an upper and lower lower partial plates. There measurements and pictures were perfect. I received the initial partials today and they fit perfectly. This is the best dentistry around! My hygienist, Heather Bishop, is thorough, thoughtful, friendly, and genuinely cares for her patients. The new dentist is great as well. If you’re looking for a great dentistry in the Shoals area, Singing River on Helton Dr. in Florence can’t be beat!
