I moved to SRD in Muscle Shoals when I got a new insurance plan that my previous dentist didn’t accept. My experience at this office has been nothing short of lovely. The staff are all knowledgeable and kind and very transparent. Dr. Parker was so amazing! She is gentle and she consistently checked that I was okay and offered opportunities to have a break. She was relatable and down to earth and over a joy to be around. I can’t recommend this practice and Dr. Parker enough!
I haven't been able to smile in a few years. Dr. Park changed all of that. She truly exceeded my expectations! Actually the entire staff is amazing. I had to go through several steps to achieve my new smile and they were wonderful with everything from scheduling, billing, the tech's assisting and Dr P herself! Thank you to all!!
In a word, AWESOME! I had broken a tooth and went to one place that did not give me a good feeling, so I walked out and called Singing River! I am very HAPPY that I did! They got me in right away with my broken tooth! From the moment I walked in the door, the front office staff made me feel very welcome. They worked with me to keep my cost down while at the same time giving the BEST possible care!! From the dentist, Dr. Hailey Park to all the girls working in the back, I knew I made the right choice 😉 I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Hailey Park answered them with patience and compassion. I was worried with a broken tooth and crown, never having a crown, and it fit perfectly. I had to go back in for more care and the doctor even remembered that I had a family member very ill and let me say that the personal touch really left a very positive affect for me. I have always been afraid to go to the dentist but not anymore knowing that Singing River with Dr. Hailey Park and her staff are there when I need them! I want to thank everyone there for such a wonderful and positive experience!! I also needed a deep clean and the lady doing that was wonderful as well due to my jaw surgery I needed to keep stopping and she was very understanding! Due to my health it has been a couple months since I've been in and both crowns I had done are great. I can't even tell I have them! I saw Dr. Park under the name Melanie Copeland and I will definitely be back for further care.
The transition from my previous dentist office to Singing River was smooth. I had been on the call list with Singing River for a few weeks to get my last cleaning done for the year. Yesterday, I got the call there was an opening, so I took it. Today, the office staff was very quick with getting me checked in and back into a chair with a dental hygienist. Macy was my hygienist and she was phenomenal. She was very polite and ensured I was aware of all procedures to be done during the visit. Additionally, Dr. Parker did not disappoint. She came in energetically and made sure my teeth were good. Overall, I recommend booking with this office because of the service, knowledge, and appearance.
Been going here for 5 years and I was happy however lately things seem to be going downhill. It seems they do not have enough staff. Had a cleaning and at the end of that appointment they scheduled my next 6 month cleaning and the soonest they could get me in was in 8 months, so 2 months late! Then they cancelled my husband’s upcoming cleaning appointment and he couldn’t reschedule they said they would have to call him back later on about that. Unfortunately going to have to start looking for a new dentist if they can’t even get us in every 6 months for cleanings.
