They are the kindest people I’ve met. Every last person! Dr Reid is such a great dentist. On top of that the way you are treated is top notch, they answered every last one of my questions , gave me more than ONE option… it was so worth it!! I can’t wait to get my smile back and now I have a step by step plan of how exactly that can happen. You guys are smile angels, thank you so much!!
I have went to Smalltown Dental Glen for several years now and they have been great. Even those two crazy ladies in the front (Ashley and Amy) are great to deal with and always make me smile and laugh! I want to specifically thank Dr. Anna and Madeline (the dental assistant) for when I went in for a crown preparation (very long appointment). They knew from a past visit that it takes me a while to get num when working on my back teeth. They took extra time and effort to make sure I was good and ready to go. The appointment was going good but my anxiety (randomly) started to set in. It was nothing to do with the staff or the appointment because I have had Dr. Anna before. I think it might have been due to the sound and vibration of the drill (never had this before). Dr. Anna immediately noticed and stopped working. She checked on me several times asking me if I needed a break, I declined, I just wanted to be done with the drilling. She offered several different things that might help. I declined, at one point she just stopped and talked to me (made small talk) and let me have a short break about half way through. She explained everything she was doing and that helped my anxiety alot. Both ladies were very kind and willing to do what they could to help and still get my dental work done. I don't care for getting dental work done, I never have. But Dr. Anna and the staff made it easier and smoother. I trust Dr. Anna and the staff at Small Town Dental Glen. Thank you ladies!
I just flew back from central Florida for my regular 6 month cleaning and checkup . . Why? Coz I don’t want to change! Logan does an outstanding job for me and I feel totally comfortable with her and Shannon taking care of my teeth! It’s worth it to me to stay loyal and come back to Smalltown Dental for such an important matter as my teeth! Thank you for caring, telling me the truth and not trying to sell me on extra treatment that I really don’t need!! I appreciate you all!
Seriously the nicest people. We left another dentist office because they no longer accepted our insurance, and we loved them, too, but SmallTown, and all the staff, were lovely. I appreciate how they explained everything to me. Looking forward to seeing you again in 6 months!
Absolutely love Smalltown Dental Glen. I came as a new patient a few months ago with a tooth issue and was taken care of so well. Years of tooth pain, fixed in a timely fashion. Everyone there is so incredibly kind. I can’t recommend them enough.
