I loved my experience at smile again! They were extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and did awesome work! Zhanna and the whole staff are really fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Smile Again Dental Implant Center is amazing from start to finish. Dr Faber and staff made me felt at ease regarding the dental implant procedure. I read a lot of reviews regarding being in pain after the procedure. I’m not sure what Dr.Faber did but I was not in any real pain and no swelling or bruising in my face. My follow up visits were flawless thanks to Dr Keller and his assistant Carrie. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. Zhanna was amazing as well she answered any questions or concerns when it came to my appointments or insurance. I can’t wait to go back and get implants on the bottom. I get so many compliments on my smile.

There are no words to describe the full amount of caring and compassion that Smile Again has for each patient as an individual! All of my pre-visit questions were answered by Shawn (who sadly had to leave), and I called many times with multiple questions before he finally put my mind at ease to take the leap and make a consultation. Shawn explained every detail of the surgery and costs to my satisfaction and I made appt for surgery in just days 3/2024. My surgery was a breeze with no complications, but my pain and over all health was unexpectedly poor. The Drs were very concerned and treated me with my own level of pain and extended healing. They made me very comfortable for much longer than anyone had ever needed, but they believed me and listened to me and were willing to go above and beyond to keep me stable. Not even a couple of months later, I learned that my pain and poor health had NOTHING to do with my dental surgery. I had 2 tumors (not involving dentistry) that required major surgeries. Most dentists would have ignored the extra discomfort I had, but Smile Again never gave up on me!! It took over a year to complete my surgeries and I was very, very ill!! I live in MB over 2hrs away and the hospital caring for me is MUSC. Just miles away from Smile Again. Smile Again fit me at at special times to work out on the days I had to go to MUSC, avoiding extra trips. I was so extremely ill for some of my visits that I needed a wheelchair to get in and out. The Drs (Faber&Keller) worked all of my dental work needed around my hospital trips/stays. They were soooo incredibly sensitive to my whole body health that they took blood pressure checks and used numbing as needed for every visit. All of the assistants and admin are women now and they were so incredible with their care! I got a blanket because they knew how cold I was, sunglasses cause my eyes were sooo sensitive, and a drink because I was always extremely thirsty from the meds I was on. It was like visiting a family member (maybe better) LoL I had so many delays that I had "molds" in my mouth forever because they could not deliver my actual teeth until I was healed. I told them that if it hadn't been for my visits with them to look forward to when I came to Charleston, I would have never been able to get through all the sickness/surgeries that I had to endure from my tumors. Most people suffer through illness alone but Smile Again kept in close contact with me and cared for my body and myself as a whole.Uniquely! I will never be able to fully relay my appreciation to them. And my teeth look and feel sooooo GREAT!!
