My family has been using Dr. Banks for all of our dental needs since we moved to this area 15yrs ago. Dr. Banks is very professional and explains all required procedures in a way that is easy to understand. All of the staff are helpful and very professional as well. Dr. Banks has consistently improved the services he offers to his patients. His staff is very good at finding emergency appointments when needed. Everyone at the practice makes your dental office visit as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr. Banks for your entire family.
Dr. Banks was a family recommendation. I traveled from Florida to see my sister and brother in law in WV and was encouraged to see Dr. Banks for dental work. I was extremely surprised about what he was able to do without replacing cracked teeth, and his amazing talent restoring my smile I hadn't seen in over a decade! Not only is this the best dental office I have been to, but the best care and work I have experienced. Thank you Dr. Banks and amazing staff. I can't recommend Dr. Banks office enough! Everyone is so very friendly and knowledgeable. I never experience discomfort when I go in for cleanings. I recently had 2 old fillings replaced and Dr. Banks patiently answered all of my questions and did a great job with my new fillings!
Always making sure you dental needs are met with care and Staff is friendly and takes time for you. The dentists are gentle for those who are a bit afraid. Been going to Dr. Banks for years. My last visit was a couple days ago. Would recommend for kids and adults.
I have been going to Dr. Banks for 20+ years and could not be more pleased with the care and service I receive. Dr. Banks and his staff are kind, caring and more than professional. I drive from the east side of Hagerstown MD and don't plan on changing my dentist anytime soon.
