This is the absolute best clinic I have ever been to! I had some pretty major work to be done (some fillings, potential crowns, and extractions), and prior to going to Smile Hot Springs, I have never been able to say I had a positive dental experience. So, I was very anxious from the start. Now, after going to Smile Hot Springs 3 times, I can confirm that they have high standards of care, and can confirm that they truly want what is best for their patients. All of the dental professionals at this clinic are exceptional and took the time to make me comfortable before ever starting to do work on my mouth! That part is huge to me. All the work on my mouth they have done has been great too. From the team in the office to the dental assistants, hygienist, and dentists, everyone in there is phenomenal at what they do and communicate so well! Dr. Balisterri (Lovelace) is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of, she is so patient with my many questions and truly listens and takes time to explain the treatment processes so well. Both the Dental assistants I have seen have also been so encouraging, helpful, and caring. The Dental Hygienist, Sky, is the GOAT...she is the Simone Biles of cleanings! The entire staff is fantastic. I am so glad some of my friends recommended Smile Hot Springs when I asked where they go. I used to hate dental visits and now I look forward to them!

I went there one time to get a quote on a chipped tooth. They did x rays and all kinds of things before giving me my quote for an implant or bridge. The nurses and staff were very nice and pleasant. However, I paid my balance in full that day and I haven’t been back since. I then received a letter saying I owed them $6.50. Which is strange because I paid in full what I was told I owed right then and there. I would not trust these people to do a large operation on me if they can’t be honest about a simple one time visit fee. Now I am “in debt” to them when I thought we were square. Absolutely no way will I let them do a $5500 operation on me if they are dishonest about a 1 time visit. Stay away from these people. They will make up fake costs and charge you interest on them!! So glad it was a one time cost and not the operation they were selling me on. If you are one of the rich retirees in hot springs I’m sure this place is great. If you’re not they will take you for your last dime and not feel sorry for you.
Hi, new patient here. Im not really the type to leave a review, this is actually a first for me. Everyone was super friendly. From the time I checked in throughout my entire appointment, everyone I encountered was super friendly and nice. I think one of the things that made the biggest impression was caring about my dental health and taking the time to find the best options for me in depth. I didnt feel like another person to rush through or just a bill, I felt like my smile mattered to them too, and that was really refreshing!
The staff is wonderful! I’ve been getting my fillings done here and the staff is very very kind and attentive. Love them a lot!
