Smile House is a game-changer. The office itself is stunning, using frontier technology that makes everything seamless. My experience with the staff was top-tier: Dr. Francesca and Mariela were fantastic on the clinical side, and the massage from Tara was a wonderful touch that you just don't get elsewhere. I especially appreciate the time and attention spent on education throughout the entire visit. If you value precision health in a beautifully designed space, I can’t recommend them enough.

I knew by just the care and attention to detail put into designing the office, that Smile House would have an overall detailed and precise approach to dentistry. Not only is the entire staff and Dr. Levine himself so kind and welcoming, the work that they do is very thorough and educational to your own oral health. I’ve already had a few appointments including the mouth mapping, fillings, and a cleaning. Mouth mapping is a great start because it takes an overall comprehensive look at your mouth with intelligent scans and tests for preventative and proactive treatment plans. They said the name was intentional, Smile House, so that you feel at home and never want to leave. They did just that! I’m so happy to have found my new dental family in New York! Definitely recommend!
I had been looking for dental care that felt personal instead of rushed. I first visited the uptown location for teeth whitening and remembered how warm and engaged the staff was, so I decided to book my annual cleaning at Smile House on Warren St. From the first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. Cody walked me through everything with patience and care, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled within a few weeks. When I arrived, the experience started right away. The lobby looks and feels like a spa. I checked in, was offered drinks, and even got a tour of the space. It was the warmest welcome I have ever had at any dental office. We then did digital scans and X rays using technology that creates a detailed 3D model of your mouth. It even uses AI to highlight areas that need a closer look. Mariel walked me through those images in a way that finally made sense. I have never had anyone explain my dental health with that level of clarity. The dental chair even had a built in back massager, which still makes me laugh because it sounds too good to be true. After the cleaning, Dr Francesca joined us and reviewed the findings in plain language. No mystery talk. No guessing games. She went through everything on the screen, checked each flagged area, and answered every question. At other dental offices I usually feel like the dentist is talking in code to the staff and I’m left in the dark until I get a bill. That never happened here. We built a clear plan together, prioritized what mattered most, and decided to take care of the most urgent issue first. When I came back the next week for that appointment, I arrived early and was offered a complimentary massage for my jaw, scalp, and shoulders. It still makes me laugh to think about how high they set the bar. Downstairs, everything was set up for the procedure. There is a TV on the ceiling, glasses with screens inside them, headphones, a blanket, you name it. I joked that I was ready to move in. Dr Jonathan Levine joined during the procedure and introduced himself. The way he and Dr Francesca worked together made it clear how strong their teamwork is. Their on site facility also allows them to create pieces from the digital scans right there, so everything fits seamlessly. The whole team motivates each other and makes sure you feel looked after at every step. Is Smile House more expensive than the typical “next patient up” dental office? Yes. However, I chose them because I wanted a team who genuinely cares about my health in a way that makes me care more too. That is the real value. Everything else they offer feels like the bonus. To the staff members I didn’t mention by name, thank you. Every one of you was fantastic. And to Dr Francesca, Specialist Mariel, and Dr Levine, thank you for your care, your clarity, and your skill. Smile House is exactly the place I was looking for.
What an experience Smile House delivered! The express jaw relief massage from Grace was unlike anything I have ever experienced. My face feels refreshed, loose, and pain relief immediately gone. The warm welcome of the store is such a breath of fresh air (pun intended) for an oral care facility, and the aesthetic feels like I am walking into a spa. I recommend 10/10 to anyone needing any kind of dental work done, but even if you need a relaxing chair facial massage to loosen up -> check this place out!
