I scheduled an initial consultation with Cheryl. She is fantastic! Everything was explained very clearly with total transparency on pricing with no hidden charges or up-selling. Dr Stott went over the entire procedure with me and discussed all the issues specific to my case and answered all my questions. Everyone in the office is very kind and professional and understanding. I did a lot of research on this procedure and I'm very pleased that I chose Smile Now Reno. i can't wait to have the procedure done. Very excited!
Well my experience so far has been "Great" I say so far because, I just got my surgery and I'm still in the beginning of healing.The staff and doctor who helped me start my journey back to the land of the "Great Smiles" were awesome. They were extremely polite, attentive, and i felt comfortable and relaxed. With everything from the consultation to the surgery and upcoming follow-up appointments all at there office, the whole experience so far has been life changing. But my journey sar far is not complete and once complete i will be back here to tell everything that happens with my journey to, Smile again.
I can't say enough about this wonderful office! From the moment my appointment was made I have felt the compassion, support, and their commitment to patient care every step of the way. This has meant the world to someone who has not had good experiences in the past. The entire staff from Cheryl, Emily, and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting at my consult were absolutely incredible, kind, and knowledgeable. From the bottom of my heart I thank them for this uplifting experience!
Everybody in this office is very professional and very kind. I drop my friend over to their office and sat through the whole consultation. He signed up and getting upper and lower permanent teeth. He's very excited and I can tell you from being in a lot of different offices in my life this place is very professional from Jill at the front desk to everybody in the back. My mom went in for a consult and she came back and told me about how just absolutely lovely everyone was and how others should know! The front desk gal was extremely welcoming, helped her with new patient work then It was to another assistant for x-rays, whose name was Haley! After that, she got to meet Cheryl which walked her through treatment and other options for her that may be needed. My mom was so happy with her experience at Smile Now and couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you all for being so kind to her!! And if you need implants, this is the place for you!!!
