Everyone was so friendly and nice. Amanda and Dr.Vayanos from the Winthrop office were very caring and I felt very comfortable. They took the time to explain my options and start a plan. Looking forward to working with them for a nicer smile.
I started my Invisalign treatment at Dental Solutions in April, and it’s been a great experience from start to finish! The employees are always professional, welcoming, and make every visit pleasant. Joseph Dumont has done an amazing job during my Invisalign experience. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend Dental Solutions to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for excellent dental care.
I have been a client of Smile Solutions for about a year and a half. From day one, I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about Smile Solutions of Maine. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in for a cleaning, which, I must say, is unheard of! The reminders I recieve by text of my upcoming appointments are absolutely more than welcome as I can be very busy at times and lose track of my schedule! I've dealt with many years of bruxism and teeth clenching and have been in need of a dentist that could help with the issue as a whole and not just a quick fix. Dr. Dumont has been nothing but upfront and exceptional in his candidness of what needed to be done to fix my bite, my teeth and the esthetics of my smile. I have always had great anxiety with going to the dentist. Not here. Not at Smile Solutions of Maine. If this sounds like you, then this is the place for you. I'd give more stars if I could!
My first visit to Smile Solutions of Maine was in Waterville today. I felt at home right away after checking in. Within a short period of time I met with Tiara who is very informative and a great listener. She cared if I had questions and explained everything that was happening. After she took digital X-rays, I met with Dr Dumont, call him Joe. He sat right down beside me and talked with me about what he saw from the X-ray. After a thorough exam he addressed all my problems and concerns. He is my dentist/friend forever. They met my needs health wise, professionally and financially. If you’re looking for a new dentist Joe is your go to. Dr Dumont, honest and trustworthy. Dotti
I went to smile solutions after suffering pain for far too long due to extreme anxiety. While one visit may not get rid of my anxiety entirely yet, Smile solutions has given me hope that anxiety will one day be of the past. From the second you walk through their door you feel safe and comfortable. As you sit in their chair they help ease your stress throughout the entire visit. As the dr came after the hygienist was done his friendliness was the absolute cherry on top. He always kept in mind my anxiety and how to ease me back to the chair. For that, I will be forever thankful! Thank you guys so much!
