As a parent, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this dental office is run. The lack of organization is obvious from the moment you walk in, and the front desk staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic when concerns are raised (especially when dealing with children and parents who are already stressed). Follow-up appointments are pushed out for outrageously long periods of time, yet the office shows no urgency or accountability when delays are clearly on their end. What is most frustrating is that this practice seems to enforce its policies only when it benefits them; rules are suddenly “strict” when it comes to sitting in your vehicle while my child is being serviced (as I’ve done every appointment since the beginning) but conveniently flexible or ignored when it comes to patient care, scheduling errors, or basic courtesy. This inconsistency, paired with poor communication and a lack of professionalism, makes it impossible to feel confident or respected as a parent trusting them with my child’s dental care. If you are looking for a dental office for your child consider any one but this one!
