NOT REALLY FOR OFFICE STAFF OR FOR DENTIST There is a special they offer when you pay for your braces or invisalign in full. I paid for my daughter's braces in full and took advantage of this offer back on July 8th, 2025. I was told I would receive an email to claim my offer. A couple of weeks go by, never received it so I called the office. They supposedly relayed the message and would call me back. Never received a call so called back a week later. Apparrently the lady from district office was out and I needed to wait for her return. End of August comes around and still NOTHING. I call in September, apparently they are still trying to reach the district office lady. Finally, in late September they stated I will receive the email on October 2nd. October 2nd comes around and NOTHING. I go to the office October 4th and apparently they will send another email. I call the following week and again the 'district office lady is out'. This office lady states she will try via email again and if she doesn't get a response then she will have to go to someone else. It is now October 15th and I still have yet to receive the offer they are still advertising in their office. It is ridiculous. OVER THREE MONTHS and you all have yet to honor what you all advertise. I have not received a call from anyone keeping me informed, I have to do the calling in to follow up. Where is the disconnection? Who is in charge of partnerships and customer relations? WHY OFFER A DEAL YOU WILL NOT HONOR?!!!!

Let start by saying if this business is veteran owned and operated they must be the bottom of the barrel. As a veteran myself I would run a tighter ship. They should be embarrassed and people need to stop giving them their money. My appointment was scheduled on a Saturday for 0900 and I wasn’t seen until 0930. Once I was seen I was rushed through my appointment. The dental hygienist performed the fastest cleaning I’ve ever had in my life that it was an incomplete cleaning. I definitely would not recommend this office for adults as it seems it’s geared more towards children. Which is understandable since children can’t complain about the horrible service they receive.

If you want to wait two plus hours for a cleaning, then go here. I had an initial appointment and in this appointment I was in the waiting room when an angry client came to the desk and told them he was tired of waiting for 2 plus hours. After hearing that I asked to be rescheduled. They said they were short on staff. Okay great, they rescheduled me, I gave them the benefit the doubt, well when I came back for my rescheduled appointment they took 3 hours before I had my cleaning. Never again! They tried to reschedule me again, absolutely ridiculous. Never again! Waste of time!
