SmileBoston completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. From the very beginning, they made me feel like part of their family. The team was kind and never judgmental about the work I needed, which immediately put me at ease. After just my first cleaning with Becky, I noticed a real improvement in both my dental health and overall quality of life—my gums stopped bleeding when I brushed, and I started having far fewer infections. It also helps that they have fun fluoride flavors! Dr. Spitz is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of my restoration plan, from crowns to implants, in a way that was easy to understand. His thoughtful, thorough approach made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Everyone at SmileBoston is wonderful. The front desk staff, Andrew and Kiosa, are always so kind and friendly, and every visit feels welcoming from the moment I walk in. Overall, they make going to the dentist a genuinely positive experience.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Spitz for 5 years and have been extremely happy with our care. Having been a practicing Dentist for over 41 years I’ve established many relationships in the Boston community and could have gone to any number of excellent dentists. I chose Steve because of his impeccable skill-set and reputation. I am also comfortable and super pleased with Becky, my hygienist. She is competent, thorough, and experienced. We definitely made the right choice.
Shawn at SmileBoston has been my dental hygienist for several years now and she has not only left my teeth fresh and clean after every visit, but also helped me with advice on how to floss better (and properly:), on mouth wash selection , and to many other questions I have had for her. Becky was exceptional—she did a fantastic job on my teeth, demonstrating both skill and care. Andrew was also wonderful, offering a warm welcome and patiently answering all of my questions with clear, helpful information. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the dentist experience as comfortable as possible truly sets them apart!
I had a cleaning with Becky and it was the best cleaning I have ever had! She was so kind and attention to detail was unmatched! Smile Boston as a whole is such a warm welcoming environment that makes you feel like home and that you matter! 11 out of 10 experience!
