This facility is exceptional and sets a standard that should be universally adopted in dental care. It is the only dental practice I was able to find that recognizes dental treatment as a medical procedure and, accordingly, provides patients with the fundamental right to 100% private treatment rooms—fully enclosed with four walls and a door. Dental care is one of the most vulnerable, anxiety-provoking, and exposed forms of medical treatment. Patient comfort, dignity, and psychological safety are not optional; they are essential to access and quality of care. Facilities that utilize open or semi-private treatment areas create a significant barrier for many patients, effectively preventing them from seeking necessary dental treatment. Dental care is medical care and should be treated with the same expectation of privacy afforded in any other medical setting. The absence of fully private treatment rooms is not merely an inconvenience—it is a deterrent. In my case, it resulted in a nearly ten-year gap in dental care because I could not find another facility that upheld this standard of privacy. That gap represents a serious public health concern and underscores why private treatment rooms should be the norm, not the exception. I have given this facility four stars only because they no longer accept my insurance. Unfortunately, this places me once again in a position where I am unable to receive dental care, as there are no other facilities available that provide 100% private dental treatment rooms. Despite this limitation, the facility’s commitment to patient privacy and dignity remains exemplary and should be viewed as a model for the dental profession.

From start to finish the doctor's and staff have been top professionals. Kind, attentive and very skilled. Nobody "likes" going to the dentist but you will like these people and the high quality work they do - from the administrative staff to the treatment staff. Doctor Miller called the day after my treatment to follow up with my care. Bravo sir!

I’ve been going to SmileCOS for many years and am so happy and satisfied with their care. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I’ve never had to go in for emergency care, but my husband has been able to get urgent appointments scheduled quickly. Their office is really nice, everything is super clean, and the front desk ladies are very welcoming. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment to start for more than 5 -10 minutes. Drs. Miller and Darquea are both very personable and with good senses of humor! I feel like they spend a good amount of time answering my questions and making sure my concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed. I’d highly recommend SmileCOS if you’re looking for a great dental practice.
