Cathy, my hygienist is absolutely amazing! I used to dread going to the dentist, until I started coming here about 2 years ago. Cathy is very sweet, gentle, and extremely efficient. My experience every time is smooth, quick, and painless. She is very thorough and makes sure that her patients are comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff is always accommodating. The dentists are very kind and ensure quality of care. Don’t forget to grab one of those delicious muffins on the way out!
Cathy and Dr. Whiting always do a great job with my cleaning and exam. Professional and personable. Always love the muffins and lip balm too! We drive from Elkton to go to their office and we are private pay. Worth the drive in every way!
I was admittedly nervous about my appointment since I hadn’t been to the dentist in well over two years. I’ve had some rough experiences with dentists over the years. Well I can say without hesitation that my visit to Smiles for Life in Bridgewater was hands-down the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to wait at all when I arrived. Everyone was very pleasant and smiley. Cathy B.was my hygienist. She was very gentle but thorough and explained everything to me the whole time. She was friendly and kind and made me feel like I was the most important person in the whole place. Because of her care and attention to detail, I never gagged! Not even once. And I have the world’s most sensitive gag reflex. I walked away feeling fresh and clean, but more importantly Cathy and Dr. Geo made me really care about my not just my teeth, but my smile. Even got a free muffin on my way out. Had to wait 15 mins before I could take a bite, though. lol. Highly recommend this dentist. I’m actually looking forward to the next cleaning which is crazy to even say. But it’s true!!
I had a 3pm appointment I patiently waited 35 minutes and others came in and were called back while I waited. No one ever told me they were running behind. I went to the desk to ask and was told other patients had been late getting to the dentist and I was the one that had to wait. How is this fair when I arrived a few minutes before my 3pm appointment? I have been a Loyola patient since 1989, 37 years going from Dr Smith to now. I guess they do not care about long time patients. Next time I’ll ask and if same excuse other patients are late and running brill leap and find a new dentist because they don’t care!!! Dr Smith was on college ave then moved to and renamed it Parkside dentist look up dr Smith was the owner but sold out who responded to my post is wrong my appointment was 3/5/26 at 3pm Check your records I was there yesterday
Ms Jasmine, my co-worker’s daughter referred me to this dentist and I was pleased with the professionalism and ease of visiting from initial visit procedures, to cleaning to understanding my dental care and billing/insurance. Each employee did a fantastic job. I met Alex, Morgan, Beth and Dr Geo and Jody, all were fantastic. Thanks Jasmine for the referral and I would recommend Smiles for Life for your dental needs.
