DO NOT GO HERE!! She removed an impacted wisdom tooth with minimal numbing, Failed to bother checking to see if my insurance would cover the proper anesthesia, and offered no opinions to pay out of pocket. Could clearly see that I was in extreme pain, but just kept yanking my tooth out. Felt like a POW being tortured for information!
After having to change dental establishments thrice already in the last year I was very impressed by this small but mighty facility. They are clean, it smells great, everyone is friendly professional and efficient. The Dr and assistant are a great Duo and work well with each other and did not torture me. I was allowed to have earbuds in for music while they work on the filling. Service was prompt and they don't bother with a million unnecessary questions. They take Medicaid! I was in and out for a filling in under an hour after a piece of candy pulled out an old filling 😬. Very happy with this place! 🦷! 😃
At a time when customer service and professionalism are rapidly disappearing, this dental office is staffed with courteous, kind, and efficient people. The dentist herself is very skilled and takes time to explain your options etc. I couldn't be happier with her work! Highly recommend!
I had an incredible experience at smiles forever and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dentist. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made me feel comfortable right away. Both the dentist and assistants were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure to me and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. They made sure I was comfortable at all times and checked in regularly while I was waiting . It was clear that they genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to provide the best care possible. The customer service at Smiles Forever was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They promptly scheduled my appointments and even followed up with reminders, which I greatly appreciated. I never felt rushed during my visits and they always took the time to address any concerns or questions I had.
Waiting time is literally less than 5-10 minutes. Proficient. She listens to concerns thoroughly and provided me with great dental care yesterday. I felt really respected and heard and she took care of a tooth insecurity that other dentists didn’t bother listening to me to provide me with comfort and confidence again. Highly recommend!! Business hours have recently changed and they let me know beforehand and after my visit was over.
