I highly recommend this dentist office. They fit me in right away as a new patient with an emergency. The front office staff and the assistance were all super friendly and the dentist. Dr. Olga explained all of my options and put me at ease. They made sure that I was pain free. I went for an emergency that my regular dentist couldn’t handle, but I think that I may have found my new regular dentist.
I absolutely loved this dentist! They did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable, heard, and informed throughout the entire visit. They took the time to show me detailed information about my teeth and explain what was going on, along with all of my options, in a clear and caring way. Everyone was so kind and welcoming—I honestly felt like I was spending the afternoon with friends rather than getting my teeth fixed. Highly recommend!
My experience here has been great! I have pretty severe dental anxiety, but everyone I’ve interacted with is compassionate and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. I’m confident I’ll receive quality dental care here for many years to come. I had my first cleaning with Lola this week. It was so obvious how much she cares about her patients! She provided one of the gentlest yet thorough cleanings I’ve ever had and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions.
Today I had my first appointment and experience with the incredible Staff and Doctors at Smiles in the Village Dentistry. Rarely (if ever) do I take the time to write a review, however in this case it is crucial. I do not like going to the Dentist (who does?) but this was an extremely pleasant experience from the time I arrived until the time I left. Everyone was kind, polite, professional and eased my fears immediately. I have been going to a Dentist for years, however effective today "Smiles" is my Dental home and family !!
