The staff was courteous and made me feel at ease. Not like at most dental offices - where you feel judged and almost ashamed to be in there needing dental assistance. They got me financed and worked with me on an affordable payment plan to help me get my emergency dental visit taken care of quickly. The dentist was very kind and took care of me the same day. I ended up having 2 teeth broken BELOW the gum line. VERY PAINFUL! She took care of the initial exam/x-rays and images as well as digging out the pieces of my two broken teeth all in about 50 minutes. I filled out my new patient forms online the night before. So, I just walked in and sat down and it wasn't even 5 minutes before the assistant was calling me back to an exam room. My appointment was at 9:30am and by 10:45am I was on my way to drop off my prescription at WalMart. I have only ever had HORRIBLE experiences at EVERY dentist I've gone to. SMILES N MORE was not only AFFORDABLE, but all of the staff are fast, friendly and really put me at ease. By far this was the BEST DENTAL VISIT I have ever had. I will go nowhere else for my future dental needs. Can't thank them enough!
The best dental team and facility in town. The staff listens carefully, works at a pace that is comfortable for patients, and takes time to explain the full treatment plan while accommodating individual needs. Patient comfort is clearly a priority. From routine exams to comprehensive care, Dr Neha Karanjkar personally oversees everything. As a patient, you truly feel valued and well cared for. Cannot ask for a better care!
I’ve been going to Smiles N More for a couple years now and I can say without a doubt that I’ve never received better care at any other dentistry in the country than I have here. It was thanks to Dr. K for her help with my teeth grinding and pointing out signs of potential sleep apnea, which eventually I would be diagnosed with. Their other dentist and hygienists are also amazing, give great consistent care. and gave me great tips on how to prevent staining and continue good oral care. Highly recommend!
Fantastic practice and friendly, professional staff. I called after buisness hours for emergency dental work and received a call back within the hour. I was able to get an appointment at 7:30 AM the next morning. Dr K. was out for the day and they where up front about possibly needing to reschedule or giving a referal. After a quick screening and consult, Dr Lavalle was in to see me and was able to squeeze in my procedure between two other scheduled patients. Regardless of time constraints, Dr Lavalle and her team where patient with me and explained every detail of the procedure. They took the time to get it right, and the process was painless and relatively stress free. I was out the door by 10 AM . Post Op checkup was scheduled with my work constraints in mind and the doctor even went so far as to check up on me via the text portal later in the day. Cant say enough about this office and their great team. Thanks, Yall.
I’ve been coming to this practice for over two years and have only positive things to say. Dr. Neha and her team are absolutely wonderful! She is kind, caring, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I really appreciate that she never pressures you into unnecessary procedures. She simply explains what’s needed and why, in a very professional and compassionate way. It takes a lot for me to trust someone, and Dr. Neha has truly earned my trust. She did some work on my front teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My whole family now goes here, and I recommend this practice without hesitation.
