I had a dental appointment today and it went so smoothly. From check-in to the end of my visit, everyone was welcoming, professional, and kind. The dentist explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and gave helpful tips without making me feel rushed. Clean office, great service, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My crown has come off twice after the original date and ive had similar issues with parts coming out abnormally after an appointment here. Reception only offers convenient appointments times when scheduling. I have to have a family member call to schedule appointments instead of myself because of the amount of times reception has priotized my family members over me. I am always told me it is a minimum of a month wait until I am able to come in or that the dentist is unavailable.

Sandra did a great job explaining what she was doing step by step. I am typically really nervous around any dental office but she eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Goetz was also really informative and made sure to explain how to help me get back to having a healthy smile.

Don't go to this place! I went three times because I needed a "deep cleaning." I paid them over $300 after my insurance claim. Months later, I received my insurance receipts showing I only owed $50. Guess what? My insurance covered that, and they just stole my money! I went back today for a routine cleaning, and they wanted me to pay $100 because my insurance doesn't cover it completely. Do they think I'm stupid? They're thieves! Don't go to this place! The amount of stars should be -10 🤬🤬

I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past (one who should have retired but instead messed up the whole side of my face with two fillings). This dentist I went to for TMJ issues but it turned out to be a bone infection in my jaw after COVID (thanks, COVID, for delay of care!) and I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Goetz! I continue to go to him even though he is kind of far away. He is slow to suggest root canals/crowns and takes extra steps to disinfect inside the tooth so there is no chance of leftover issues (a big concern, coming from a very crunchy family.) I have never had such confidence in a dentist, and I will go to him as long as possible even with a commute.
