Elevate your dental experience with the wonderful staff of professionals at Smile Works in Mt. Pleasant. Expect a warm greeting as you walk into their beautiful reception area and enjoy a comfortable but short wait. Every detail is intentional to make you feel pampered and at ease. Complimentary bottles of water are available. The hygienist who cleans my teeth is absolutely related to the tooth fairy as she is so gentle and sweet. Ask for Storm, but truthfully they are all great. Dr. Dana Dulach is by far my favorite dentist ever. She is meticulous and if she isn't sure you are 100% satisfied then she's going to continue to do whatever it takes. Patient comfort and safety is so important and nothing feels better than the fresh, warm moist little towel at the conclusion of your treatment. They are transparent and upfront about charges so one is not left to wonder or worry. The whole experience is unparalleled compared to any other dental practice I've used. They were also very gentle and kind with my mother who became a patient when she moved in with me. If you want something better....come to Smile Works. My whole family continues to use them even though they no longer live in Mt. Pleasant.
Smileworks has been my place of choice for dental care for 15 years. The Dentist, hygienist and girls up front are all so kind and helpful. I have recommended them to multiple people, all who are very pleased. My entire family goes to Smileworks and couldn’t be happier. I have 6 grandkids that live here and I’m actually sitting in their office now waiting on the 14 year old. Smileworks never disappoints and I walk out with a smile every time!!
My husband and I have been patients at Smileworks since 2013. The office staff is always friendly and professional. The hygienists and dentists are kind, knowledgeable and care about their patients. We recently established care for our 10yo and 13yo after using a pediatric dentist since they were toddlers. Both kids asked why it took so long to switch. They love it there. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. They’re doing a great job!
The staff does a fantastic job every time. As a medical professional myself I really enjoy the flexible hours so I don’t have to take time off of my job to get my teeth cleaned. All the staff from the front door, to the hygienist, to the doctors are super friendly and do a great job. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.
Smile Works is the absolute best! My whole family loves it here, and even my husband, who has never liked going to the dentist, doesn’t mind at all now! I actually look forward to my visits because the staff is just that warm, caring, and welcoming.
