Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly. I would suggest getting a second opinion before moving forward with major and expensive, and potentially unnecessary dental procedures. I was told during my visit here that I needed 3 crowns. Before moving forward with treatment, I went to another reputable dentist in town to get a second opinion. I ended up just having 2 cavities to fill. Getting another opinion saved me $6000 of unnecessary work. Don't want to come across unkind, just sharing my experience!
I do not recommend this place for anyone looking to get a crown done. I came to this place at least 10 times to get mine done, but they failed to get it done correctly until about 8 months of waiting. Other dentists believe due to them putting temporary crowns on me for so long (which kept popping off) I have now just had to get another root canal done due to this exposing bacteria to my tooth. All of the money I’ve spent aside, I wish they would have just told me in the beginning they cannot give me a crown in a proper amount of time.
The staff is so friendly and perfessional. Dr. Stucky is absolutely a gem. Very patient and he listens to your concerns and questions. If a dentist is in your future please call Soft Touch Dentistry. Sheryl Driskill
Best dental experience I've ever had! All employees from check in to check out including the Dentist and all her assistants were kind, professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions and concerns and I highly recommend!
I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Madrigal and his team. They were incredibly friendly and prioritized my comfort. I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. This was by far the best experience I have had with a dental office.
