I cannot recommend this office enough! From the moment I walked in, the energy was so welcoming. The ladies at the front desk and the assistants are very friendly, they treated me with so much kindness and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Burns was awesome, he was very thorough with explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and made sure all of my questions were answered. I had some concerns about recovery due to the fact that I was getting my wisdom teeth removed in my late 50s.You can tell they truly care about their patients and take the time to explain everything clearly. Professional, friendly, and expert care—I’m so glad I chose them for my wisdom teeth extraction. I will be bringing in my my kids to have the same procedure done when it’s time.
I had a great visit to see Dr Burns. I can't imagine I'm saying that when someone's pulling a tooth? But, I couldn't have had better treatment, or been in better hands. I felt no pain and actually had a very enjoyable visit. I would highly recommend both he, and his delightful staff. I really appreciate great service and I had just that today. Thanks Dr. Burns for all you did!!
My first experience with Dr Burns office was being greeted by a calm and friendly staff. As I waited to be called for my appointment I took notice of how everyone coming into his office was greeted. The staff listened to each of the patients with compassion and kindness. Then, it was my turn for a tooth extraction. I was very impressed with Dr Burns and his bedside manner. He explained the procedure, answered my questions and calmed my nerves. The procedure was completed very smoothly. It was great that Dr Burns personally followed up with me that evening to see how I was feeling. I am so happy I was treated by Dr Burns.
I cannot say enough great things about this office. The doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing with my son who is on the spectrum. They explained everything in detail. Doctor Burns was kind and compassionate and made us feel at ease. He even called to check up on my son and make sure everything was going well. If you a person that is nervous about surgery, I would 100% recommend this practice. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Kevin Burns and his staff are wonderful. They got me in for a procedure on short notice and were so kind and professional. Later that evening I had a complication and Dr. Burns stayed at the office after hours and treated me on his time instead of referring me to an ER. I would definitely recommend Dr. Burns and his staff for your oral surgery needs.
