Best dental care I've received in the Tri-Cities. Dr. Cameron is an amazing dentist with a vast array of knowledge and experience. I cannot stress enough how friendly and professional the entire staff is. They are willing to go the extra mile in making their patients as comfortable as possible no matter what procedure you're having done.
Everyone I have met here are the most gentle, patient, informed and accommodating of people. If you are in need of dental work I would encourage you to make an appointment with Sophisticated Smiles. Lots of parking, easy to find and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the beautiful building.
⭐ 1-Star Review I took my daughter to Sophisticated Smiles on April 3rd for a veneer placement that was supposed to last until adulthood. We paid over $1,300 for this procedure. Shockingly, the veneer only lasted five months before breaking in half. Today, when we returned to have it repaired, we waited for an hour before a dental hygienist told us Dr. Cameron was reviewing options. Instead of offering a solution, we were told the veneer could not be fixed and that my daughter would need a brand-new veneer—at an additional cost of almost $800. At no point during the initial placement were we told there was no warranty on the veneer. For a procedure that expensive, and marketed to last years, this is unacceptable. It’s clear to me that Dr. Cameron and this facility care more about money than about the quality of work or their patients’ well-being. I would never recommend this office for any services. Dr. Cameron is unprofessional, and my experience proves she does not stand behind her work.
I would highly recommend Sophisticated Smiles! The whole office is so sweet and kind. They take the time to listen and make sure you are 100% comfortable at all times. Thank you for my new smile!
