What a delightful experience! Came here to get wisdom teeth extracted, and couldn’t have imagined a smoother ride. Dr. Raju is one of the most caring doctors I have met, you can tell he really cares to do a good job. His assessment was honest and put my health first, not the bill. You get a very personalized care, unlike what you often get in bigger clinics. He’s very generous with his time, followed up on the phone and helped me design a plan for my teeth’s complex configuration. The secretary is also very responsive via text and email. Great team! The surgery itself was painless, dare I say almost enjoyable actually (sedation). Recovery has been a breeze. Hopefully I don’t have to come back for more, but if I do, this is the spot! Thanks Dr Raju!
Dr Raju and his staff were very professional, personable and friendly. The office has beautiful art in it, which is nice! Dr Raju explained very well and extensively what to expect and what to consider to make a decision. The surgery went very well, no pain and not even swelling afterwards. We recommend dr Raju’s practice without reservation.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Raju and his entire team were exceptional. I needed an emergency wisdom teeth extraction the week of Christmas, and understandably wasn’t thrilled about the situation. Dr. Raju responded personally on a Sunday and scheduled me for the very first appointment the next morning, which immediately put me at ease. Having recently relocated to Austin, I was especially nervous—particularly knowing I’d be under anesthesia and would need to spend several hours in recovery. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of. The team was calm, communicative, and thorough in explaining the procedure and my options, which made me feel informed and confident going in. The procedure itself was seamless—the last thing I remember was falling asleep and then waking up with everything already completed. During recovery, the nurses stayed with me, assisted me to the restroom, and genuinely made me feel cared for throughout the entire process. After spending most of the day at the practice, Dr. Raju personally escorted me to my car, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had put off removing my wisdom teeth for over a decade due to concerns about pain and downtime from work. I’m now just one day post-op, feeling great, and incredibly grateful for this practice. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Raju and his team more highly.
Had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Raju and his very kind staff. I needed to remove all 4 wisdom teeth - one being attached to an important nerve. Dr. Raju took extra time to explain the pros and cons, sent my scans to a radiologist and we explored all options for the extraction. I felt extremely supported and well advised. Got all 4 removed and he did an incredible job. I experienced minimum pain. During my recovery, Dr. Raju was incredibly responsive and I was able to come in twice to make sure I was healing well. I had such a positive experience with him and hope that everyone knows he is the best oral surgeon in the area!
I had a tooth extraction done at this office, Dr Raju, and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. The dentist was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything, which made the procedure much less stressful. The extraction was handled skillfully and smoothly. The office staff was equally impressive—courteous, welcoming, and very helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for excellent care.
