From the pre-authorization to after-care, they have been top notch! I always have suggestions for improvement, but I hesitate to even mention the 2 I have because they may have done these things and I missed it, THAT would be completely believable. The first is, wear really comfy clothes, elastic etc. and no clips in your hair. I had clips at the back of my head I had to take out. Seems so obvious as I’m writing this, but… The 2nd thing that was odd was that they had me pick up 3 prescriptions prior to the surgery (which was done sooooo well), but then we had to pick up another after the surgery. It wasn’t the pain meds, which I might understand, but something else. Odd. I just thought of a3rd thing. So tiny, so may not matter to you at all. They give a list of things to eat that don’t require chewing, but they were all sweet. I’m not a big sweet person, and under the influence all I could think of that was savory was soup. So maybe a couple of options like mashed potatoes etc. Hopefully you can see that everything here is very subjective and the tiniest of minor! I would recommend them to my best friends and family and might go so far as to set the appt for them to make sure they use the right place. Truly the best surgical experience I ever remember having. No photos cuz yeah, you don’t want to see this 😂
Highly recommend this clinic. Agree with everyone's comments on the friendly and professional staff (admin and surgical). Dr. Lane performed my gum graft. In the consultation, he provided clear feedback and recommendations. During the procedure, he and his assistant (can't believe I forgot her name!) explained what was going to happen and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Their calm conversation during the procedure was a nice distraction (whether they meant it to be or not haha).
I had an amazing experience. I was extremely comfortable and well cared for. The doctor and staff made me feel as though I was the only one who mattered. They gave me their full attention and catered to my personal needs and comfort. So glad I found this office!
Very nice facility. Clean and professional. Front desk very courteous and helpful. Dr Lane was informative and personable Very knowledgeable. I appreciated I wasn't urged to have treatments that were t necessary at this time. No pressure. Highly recommend
This is a fantastic place!! Wonderful staff, up front on pricing outside of insurance and very thorough with their work. At almost 60 years old Dr. Coppin was able to extract a wisdom tooth causing me so.e issues, and I was good to go in two days!! It was amazing. I am so happy this is where my dentist referred me!!
