The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Daniel the dental assistant was so nice and so sweet. Dr. Fugazy made me feel relaxed because of her demeanor. I was a bit stressed bc I was going to get an extraction but she put me at ease. The most painful part was the shots bc they were a doozy. The extraction didn’t take long but a few minutes. She answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was bothering her. Julia also was so sweet and she was funny too. The experience at South Bedford was stellar. Now I’ll be getting a follow up and then the implant in a few months which I’m looking forward to getting this finally done. The only thing I would say is they didn’t send me home with some Ibuprofen bc on the way home the local started wearing off and I was in pain. They said the pharmacy that I was to pick up my antibiotics included the Ibuprofen but it wasn’t included.
This has been my second time at South Bedford oral surgery. It was a push in appointment to remove a molar. Dr. Seth Greenberg and his Assistant were amazing! I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist visits. They both assured me that I would be given enough local and it would be painless. After assuring me that my mouth would be anestized and I would be fine, the tooth removal was AMAZING! Kudos to the whole staff at this establishment and I would certainly recommend this place. The facility is 100 percent clean. Kudos to the whole team.
I had a really great experience at South Bedford. I met with Dr. Baker for a consultation for my wisdom teeth. He was attentive, compassionate, and listened to all my questions & concerns. The day of my wisdom teeth surgery, he eased my worries and performed my surgery quickly and painlessly. The assistant who was there for my surgery was amazing as well - she took care of me before and after the surgery, down to the littlest details of having my sweatshirt and glasses ready for when I woke up from anesthesia. I have a follow up appointment soon, and I will be expressing my gratitude again to Dr. Baker and his staff for being so amazing.
I had bitten something hard across my front implant and it came loose! Dr Baker saw me the next day and corrected the implant structure and advised my dentist of how to proceed with my best healing in mind. When I asked how much it would cost, I was informed that there was no charge as this kind of adjustment was included as part of getting the original implant. That evening he tried to call my cell to ask if I was ok. Very fantastic work and awesome customer service!!! Part 2: My dentist tried to replace the crown into the implant area but couldn’t get the screw placed properly. She sent me back to this wonderful team to work the problem. Dr Lieberman and his wonderful assistants not only set the screw properly but also filled the crown so I wouldn’t have to go back to my dentist to do that work! I can’t thank this wonderful group enough for their caring, amazingly executed, and timely support of their patients!!
South Bedford Oral Surgery- Excellent experience with impacted wisdom teeth surgery! The whole process from consultation through post surgery was excellent: they inform and explain very well! They describe and explain the procedure(s) as to why it is necessary and how your specific teeth positions are affecting function and provide optional treatments and timelines if necessary. Additionally, they also discuss with you the expenses up front during your pre-consultation visit. They explain the procedure again before your surgery and what to expect after surgery. They prepare you for post-surgical care and answer all your questions. They also call you post-op to make sure you are doing well and encourage you to call with any questions or concerns. We are still healing as was just done yesterday but so far so good! Thank you very much- greatly appreciate!
