I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience at this dental office, and I feel obligated to warn others. I originally went in without any tooth pain and was told that I needed five new fillings. Trusting their judgment, I agreed. Two fillings were done on 12/11/2025, and the numbing was excessive—I remained numb for many hours afterward and had jaw pain that lasted several days. When I returned on 12/15/2025 for the remaining three fillings, I specifically told the dentist about the prolonged numbness from the previous visit. I was assured that I would be “numbed less this time.” Unfortunately, the opposite happened. The numbing was even worse—I could barely speak, and the numbness lasted over six hours again. Since those last three fillings, I have been unable to chew on the left side, and I’ve been experiencing ongoing pain and headaches. I am now in significantly worse condition than when I first walked in. What makes this situation completely unacceptable is the lack of care afterward. I called the office the same day at 3:40 PM to report the pain and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I had to call again the next morning, only to be told they could not fit me in and that I would have to wait two additional days to be seen—while I am in pain. I also have a newborn, so it is not realistic or reasonable to expect me to come in “any time” with no urgency shown on their part. It is unacceptable that I am in more pain now than before receiving treatment, and it is deeply concerning that the provider and office staff appear indifferent once complications arose. I have lost confidence that they will properly fix the issues they caused. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone. I truly wish I had sought care elsewhere, and I strongly encourage others to do the same.
