From the front desk staff to the doctor and financial team, everyone made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. There was absolutely NO judgment, and the pricing was extremely affordable compared to other places I visited for wisdom teeth removal. I was also scheduled for surgery in less than a month, which was a huge relief after being told elsewhere it could take months. The entire staff is patient, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly; especially if you’re new to medical paperwork or scheduling appointments. I Truly cannot recommend this place enough.
I was in need of an emergency consultation here last Monday. I drove from my dental office who had make a fast appointment for me here. Dr. William Paul met me with his nurse Heather. They both were smart, professional, and very friendly. I trusted them immediately, which is very important, considering I need several teeth out. I feel very comfortable with this group!
They handled everything with precision and made sure all of our paperwork was correct. Very happy about the extra x-rays. They found two extra wisdom teeth that I was not aware of because of the time gap between X-rays. The before care and after care pep talk at my son's consultation made me feel better about the entire process.
The staff were so great I was super scared but they made me as comfortable as possible. Also the Dr and his assistants did great the constant check ups & just letting me know when the teeth were out. Numbness worked great didn’t feel any pain just pressure.
Dr Paul has removed wisdom teeth from all five of my kids. No infections, fast healing; he is an excellent surgeon. The office staff and nurses are amazing too. All my kids were treated respectfully. Dr Paul was especially kind to my 83 year old mother in law and actually told her she could have the procedure her dentist recommended but that she would be ok without it. She was fine just like he said. I respect him a lot for that.
