I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kyle Thorsrud for my wisdom teeth extraction. From start to finish, he was professional, gentle, and very reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff was just as amazing—everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From the front desk to the assistants, I felt welcomed and well taken care of every step of the way. The whole process went smoothly, and I truly appreciated the compassion and attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Thorsrud and his entire team to anyone needing dental or oral surgery. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and positive.
Dr Ho and the South Shore staff are the very best. This was my second time there and I can't say enough. They fit me in at the last minute! Very professional, caring, took time to explain everything clearly. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and organized. I would give more than 5 stars!!!!
Dr. Thorsrud and the Southshore Oral team were outstanding! I was referred for wisdom teeth removal and truly felt I was in great hands from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, the staff was transparent about costs and billing, and scheduling was easy. The procedure went exactly as explained, and the aftercare instructions were very clear. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.
I was very happy with my appointment with Dr. Ho. He discussed everything with me when I got there and was very thorough about telling me what would be done. He was very pleasant and very professional and so was his staff. I would definitely go back to him if I had that same problem again
Excellent oral surgeon. Professional kind and courteous staff. Doctor Ho and his assistants are patient, calm and gentle. They make the patient as comfortable as possible before during and after the surgical procedure.
