My first experience with South Side started with the very easy scheduling. I got a new patient appointment much more quickly than I anticipated. When it had to be rescheduled due to weather, I got another appointment just three days later. All of the staff were professional and personable. I received excellent care and good explanations. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
They are all so easy to deal with. Amy is fantastic. I mixed up my days and showed up on a day I was scheduled, they got me in anyway. Leo was fantastic. I now have 2 faviorte hygienist.
The BEST dentist I have ever been to! Our entire family goes here. They are fantastic with kids! Our daughter even looks forward to going to the dentist. I went recently and checked in, waited, got my teeth cleaned, talked with the dentist and scheduled my next appointment all in just a half hour. I have never seen such a well-run dentist office or any medical office. The staff is super friendly and they care about you. 12/10 would recommend!
I had my first visit with Dr. Spano and Ashley about a month ago and I cannot tell you how comfortable they both made me feel. I should probably have started with the first phone call when I spoke with Melissa. She was so nice and helpful and started what turned out to be the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. The have all been an amazing group to work with and help me feel comfortable.
It was the best experience ever. When l just arrived the lady at reception received with a warm welcome and let me fill my form. My appointment was at exactly time. And they had to make sure they took all the xrays to know what was the issue. I real appreciate. Will recommend friends and family.
