Excellent experience for my son's wisdom teeth. Referral appointment was thorough and transparent, especially with cost. Surgery was smooth and they let him stay in recovery as long as he needed to feel ready for the drive home. Recovery instructions were very clear and help was available 24/7 if needed. We even received a refund for part of the service that was expected but not actually necessary in his case. My mom recommended Dr. Rubel after her oral surgeries and she was totally right when she said he's the kindest medical professional she's worked with. The staff is pretty awesome, too. Top notch care. =)
10/10, Dr. Rubel made me feel comfortable taking all of my wisdom teeth out. This was my first ever surgery, and he & his team did such an amazing job on making sure that the process went smoothly & what exactly was going to happen.
Dr. Rubel was amazing. Esther and Ileana at the office were helpful and caring. I had a procedure at a different office that ended up being closed when I needed to be seen in an emergency situation. They were able to squeeze me in and fix what I needed. Then, Dr Robel even called me later that day to check on me. Definitely 5 Stars, even 10 stars... All of the stars!
Had surgery here before Christmas, and their office was cozy and festive. The people who have met with me are kind and take the time to explain things clearly. Dr. Rubel did a great job at making sure my anxiety was managed, and my surgery was done well. I felt very taken care of.
I had the best experience here! When I found out I needed my wisdom teeth removel surgery I was sooo nervous! I have never had anything done before. The staff was so kind and reassuring! They answered all my questions and I had a lot! The whole surgery went smooth and I had the best recovery! 10/10 atmosphere and experience!
