Terrible! Was in so much pain during my treatment I had to go back and tell the dentist that I think I need a root canal. When getting that done they had to keep giving me shot after shot in my mouth because I could still feel pain during the procedure. Two years later I was told that my tooth never had a root canal from a different dental facility. I was charged fully for a root canal that I never received. They lied about it because I was in so much pain during the procedure and I guess they did the starting process but never did do the root canal. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
Me: I feel pain that hurts. The dentist assistant: that's not pain you're feeling it just the pressure. Me: ouch ouch stop no that's not pressure I'm feeling pain I know the difference between pressure and pain at the age 32. I will NEVER GO BACK to southeast family dentistry. I have never been scared to go to any dentist until now after getting one tooth pulled it felt like I got.smacked in the face with a brick then a hammer 😰🥵
I am new to the area & had a dental emergency. They got me in quickly and everyone is amazing!
The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home even when you’re in the dental chair!! Although dental work can seem scary, the entire staff puts your mind at ease!
The best dentist I have ever seen in my life!
