I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and when the tears start going they don’t stop, I can say this has been the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had with my worst fear! I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Igou and his staff. What I expected to be a difficult procedure turned out to be surprisingly easy, with very little pain during and after my tooth extraction. Dr. Igou was extremely kind, professional, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping me feel calm and confident going into surgery. The staff were absolutely awesome, welcoming, reassuring, and supportive from start to finish and the entire process, from check-in to aftercare, was handled smoothly and compassionately. I truly appreciate how Dr. Igou and his team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who may feel nervous about dental surgery. Bonus points, Dr. Igou is also a fellow veteran!
this is the best experience i’ve ever had with the dentist. they are extremely knowledgeable, patient and very understanding about anxiety. dental appointments always send me into a panic attack but the staff was so reassuring, took the time to listen and didn’t make me feel like my fears weren’t real. definitely recommend to any anxious patients!
The staff and doctor was very kind and understanding. I was embarrassed while I was being examined, but no one made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed. I value that, and recommend Dr. Hans to anyone needing dental assistance. I will be going back as soon as possible.
