The staff at Precision are second to none. From scheduling the first consultation with Jessica to post op this office was fantastic. During the initial consultation Doctor Gart set a standard for care that would be carried out throughout surgery and through post operation. On the day of surgery I was cared for by nothing less than an amazing surgery team (Shayna, Jessica, kk, Gracie, and sholanda) that far exceeded my expectations. The only reason this office got 5 stars in every category is 6 wasn’t an option. I would recommend this office without hesitation!
Proceed with caution. Office people are very unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what the other one was doing. There were many mix ups that day with our apointment. I want list all because it would take too long. There was another lady waiting as well. Her first appointment was the day before and when she arrived no one was in the office because it was a holiday. She was before us and finally went into the back and she told them she would never be back. The day we were there the estimate for our part after insurance was $1553. Later we received another bill for $646. I asked for an itemized statement and what I got made no sense. I can usually figure out billing but this one was crazy. Went ahead and paid the other $646 a month ago with my debit card and now I get a phone call asking me to pay the rest of my bill. I explained I already paid it with my debit card and having a confirmation number I was not happy. Already felt like we got robbed. They charged a ridiculous price for packing the teeth with gauze. This was for wisdom teeth removal. They were recommended by the dentist we use. Next time I will be more vigilant checking different places as I do not have money to throw away. I told the lady I wanted her to call me back because she still couldn't find where I had paid it. She calls me back and gave some excuse that didn't make sense but she found it. I knew I had paid it and it had also already had been taken out of my account. I suggest everyone always get a confirmation number when paying a bill because you might actually need it.
Shout out to Gracie, Dr. Gart and Jessica. Thank you all for getting my tooth removed super quick. The staff here are extremely friendly and did everything in their power to make my time there as simple and comfortable as possible.
If I could give negative stars I would! This place is so unprofessional I don’t know how they are still in business?!? Had an appointment in February wasn’t able to go through with it that day. They were very rude about rescheduling so we decided to cancel and get a refund. It is now the need and may and we have never received it. Every time I call they say it’s not processed at their store so there is nothing they can do. They promise to get an update and call me back and never do !! I have been calling for weeks on the refund and just keep getting the same run around !!
Staff and doctor were all very friendly and respectful as well as professional. I was appreciative that medication was given which prevented me from waking to vomiting. Good experience, as much as having a tooth extracted could be.
