In the three times I have been to a Southeast Oral Surgery office (twice to Athens and once to Lenoir City), I have never been disappointed with their service. Doctors and assistants are helpful and friendly (one even noticed the room was extra cold from the AC and offered to get me a blanket, which was extremely nice!). They got me in and out pretty quick for a toothed extraction under local despite being very busy that day. Doctor Gross called to follow up later in the day to see how I was feeling (I was busy and unable to answer) and I greatly appreciate that dedication to their patients. I will definitely return should I need their services again!
My child has had an appointment at the Lenoir City office for three weeks. Was told they would call to verify before her appointment. Nobody called so I called the morning of to verify her appointment. Before leaving work and using time. They verified her appointment. I drive 45 minutes from my house to the office. To find out when I check her in they can't see her over insurance. Why couldn't I have been told before I wasted my time.
Excellent staff. Assistant who took X-rays extremely knowledgeable. Described likely course of action (implant) in detail. Dr. Gross later concurred and described the process and indications for an implant. Answered all my questions. I felt like the only patient in the office. Both of them so friendly and addressed my unique dental situation. Left feeling very confident in my decision and in my choice of Dr. Gross as my surgeon.
My care for the last 12 years from Dr. Kennedy has exceeded my expectations. Great at patient couseling about options and really takes time to hear your input. Great work guys!
Everyone was top notch. My mother is elderly and they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. They explained everything from start to finish and made sure she understood what she was going to be experiencing. Very impressed with them.
