I was just referred to this practice by my wife. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about a new place … With that being said - I’m so thankful I took a leap of faith and walked through their doors today (12/30/25). It was the BEST choice ! The entire staff was accommodating, professional and speedy. They quickly got me on their schedule, saw me, did an exam and X-rays then extended services for the next day to fix my broken tooth. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to be around. The office was spotless ! The level of customer service blew all other competition out of the water !!! The Dentist and staff answered all of my questions (which is rare these days at least for me personally). Their comfort menu made me feel right at home knowing what I say I want/need truly matters. I highly recommend this practice and cannot wait to go in for another appointment to have my teeth fixed. Sending so much love, support and well wishes to this practice. My new patient dental experience was overall great! At first, I very afraid to go but I am glad I went. The entire staff is super friendly! I loved that they gave me a tour around the office & made me feel welcomed with a welcome gift. Ebony Johnson made my dental experience great! I loved how clean my teeth felt after she cleaned them! I was not afraid at all because she made me feel so comfortable and gave me great hygiene tips. She is so great at what she does & Dr. Hannah Jeppesen is a wonderful dentist. She is so friendly and professional. I can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks for my next dental procedure. I highly recommend this practice!
My name is Michelle, my experience with southeastern Dental was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I did not have to wait in the lobby long. The clinic tour was A1. Savannah made me feel so at ease and she had Great bedside manner. Dr. Sean Jeppesen give me great information and suggestions on what I needed done for my dental care. I highly recommend that you use this practice for your dental health
Persons up front greeted me as soon as I walked in, the wait time was minimal, I received a tour of the facility, . They asked about me and my family, the Doctor took the time to explain my different options, in detail. Overall atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable. Would highly recommend this office for dental care.
Awesome!!!! The office staff very welcoming and professional from moment I was called back greeting me with a new patient gift. My dental hygienist Ebony was patient with my care given my past experiences at my previous dental office that caused me extreme anxiety of going to the dentist. She explained to me their office process during cleaning which included my exam. Overall experience was amazing with medical assistant and dental hygienist. When I thought it couldn’t get any better I was introduced to my dentist Dr. Sean. He was fantastic with explaining my condition and plan of care, just an overall friendly individual. Needless to say I will be referring my family and friends to this practice. 9 out of 10 based on cost, however you pay for what you get.
