SoCo Perio is excellent! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and friendly. They obviously focus on expertise AND culture fit when they're hiring. I'm past most of the post-procedural things for my gum graft. It seems to have done an excellent job, thanks to Dr. Tullis and his craftsmanship. Nikki assisted during the procedure and has answered so many of my questions. She's funny and has just the right amount of warmth for someone you want to trust as they move tissue in your mouth around and reattach it somewhere else. I've told the staff I'll refer anyone to them who may need their assistance. My favorite doctor has always been the dentist -- these people are why ;)
A previously scheduled gum graft ended up falling at an inopportune time, but from the moment I walked into the SoCo perio office, I felt extremely well-taken care of by Julie and Erin and was immediately put at ease. Nikki, the assistant, was personable, efficient, and informative, and Dr. Tullis worked with timely precision explaining each step as he hummed along to Christmas carols in the background….soothing. I felt well-taken care of from start to finish and knew within a few days that the procedure was done well by early signs of quick healing. I will not hesitate to return to have the other side done in the New Year. Highly recommend this practice if you are in need.
I had a procedure done on my gums today. Erin the tech who assisted Dr. Tullis was excellent. She explained everything that would be done, so I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Tullis told me step by step what he was doing. It made me feel confident that everything was going well. The receptionist was friendly, payment and future appointments were quick and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Tullis for your Periodontal needs.
Dr. Tullis was amazing at making the Novocain injections as painless as possible. He administered just the right amount of pain relief to not linger long after the procedure. Nikki was great as well, lending support and answering questions. The procedure was 24 hours ago but so far I'm very pleased with the results. I would recommend Southern Colorado Periodontics & Implants to anyone needing their services.
SoCo Perio helped me with a deep pocket problem on my top back molar this morning. The atmosphere was excellent, and both Nikki and Dr. Tullis did an excellent job. They both did a great job of communicating before, during, and after the Osseous procedure was done. They clearly know what they’re doing.
