While the hygienist and dentist were wonderful, dealing with the office staff over a claim has been a nightmare! We were promised our out of pocket would be under $75 but we were slammed with a $238 bill that we have been trying to resolve for the last 6 weeks and we have gotten nowhere. We pay over $100 every week for dental insurance and after Southern’s dental left the network they have not kept their promise of how much we would have to pay out of pocket.
I've had an easy breezy, positive experience as a new patient with Southern Dental. The staff is professional and friendly, and my first appointment moved efficiently, from check-in paperwork, to X-rays, to a thorough cleaning, to quickly settling the co-pay for my specific insurance. Scheduling follow-up appointments has been easy too. My teeth feel cleaner than ever, and the facility is clean and bright. Happy with my choice to go to this dentist - highly recommend.
I needed a dentist since I moved here 3 years ago and waited till I had a toothache. I called a few places and they weren't the first place I called but they were the ones who called me back, no one else did or was nice enough to accommodate me and give me an appointment right away, bravo Southern Dental!! My experience with them has been wonderful, everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I found them and now have a Dentist❤️
Was a patient here a few years ago and they did a good job. Have been calling everyday for the past week for a new appointment and no one will pick up the phone. Have left voicemails and no one has called me back.
