Dr. Cho and his team were amazing from beginning to end! They helped me with financing and made me feel so comfortable! My dentist sent in a referral and I was scheduled for my consultation within a couple days, then was scheduled for my surgery the day after the consultation. Never in my life have I ever been scheduled that fast for an appointment. Dr. Cho gave me his personal phone number for any questions or concerns and he reached out to me the day of and the day after surgery. I HIGHLY recommend this office for your oral surgery ! Thank you Dr. Cho and staff for such an amazing experience!
I saw the wonderful people at Southern, led by the awesome Dr Cho, for wisdom tooth removal and an additional extraction. From start to finish the service I received was phenomenal. As someone that has never been put under anesthesia, I was unfamiliar with the process so the staff was able to answer all my questions in a way to soothe my worries. Every step of the way the kind staff was able to answer all questions in a way that showed their professionalism and proficiency. Their aftercare packet was thorough and I was provided with a level of access to the team, after the surgery, that isn’t commonly provided. Dr. Cho was sure to frequently check in to ensure my post-op wellbeing. Navigating the intricacies of insurance can be difficult, even for someone that has been a health care professional for almost 20 years like me. However, the staff was able to explain each charge, what my insurance would cover, and what my responsibility would be. I wasn’t even charged for the initial consult. I guess my insurance is better than I thought because I was able to get everything done and paid for without much headache. Overall, despite this being a somewhat invasive surgery, it was quick, easy, and a minimally uncomfortable.
I had an outstanding experience at Southern Dental Implants and Oral Surgery. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I had my wisdom teeth extracted along with implant placement, and everything was handled with professionalism and skill. Dr. Cho personally reached out to check on me after the procedure and again the next day, which truly meant a lot. The level of care and attention exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this office.
I had a tooth extraction and bone graph. The entire office was very professional and kind. Dr. Cho was awesome. He really puts you at ease with his wonderful bed side manner. He even called after I returned home to see how I was doing. Thank you Dr. Cho and your wonderful staff
