I had an absolutely amazing experience at Southern KY Smiles! I wish I had known about them sooner. The receptionist was very friendly, and I loved her warm smile. I received an excellent teeth cleaning and was not pressured into paying for unnecessary treatments. I've already scheduled an appointment for my husband, and I will be recommending them to all my friends! them to all my friends! Thank you Southern KY Smiles! 😃❤️ Oh and I was told I have a beautiful smile.
My first visit was handled with courtesy & professionalism. Baseline data & critical history were obtained in addition to arranging transfer of files from my former dentist who retired. Got X-rays and had my teeth cleaned well by my dental hygienist Cindy. Dr. Travelsted established rapport, examined my mouth, and found no mitigating factors requiring intervention at this time. The facility was modern, clean, spacious, & provided sufficient client privacy. From entrance to exit the staff was helpful.
I broke a tooth on my upper partial plate. Worst of all it was a front tooth. I was afraid it would have to be sent off for the repair. Dr.Travelstead repaired it for me and I was on my way in about 15-minutes. Thank you for your kindness and quick service. You and your staff are awesome! Vickie Voyles
Very exceptional dentist and staff. Accommodating, friendly, actually enjoy going. Pain free dentistry is their motto. I’m all for that!!
I have always had positive experiences. Most of my experience is with dental hygienist. Dr Travelsted is excellent along with other staff in the office.
