Dr Sheffield is amazing!! I had a tooth emergency and called this morning 3-4-26 to see about being seen before I had to go out of town and they worked me in and fixed me up. He is the best and his staff is his as sweet! I highly recommend Southern Magnolia as I truly hate Dentiat from prior experience with another company!! He makes me feel comfortable every time I go.
I had a root canal in my lower mid jaw yesterday and have had extensive dental done since a child. I am 66 years old and I have never once had a root canal, Build up and cap put on and it be perfect! From start to finish, it was about 2 1/2 hours and no temporary that I had to wear until my cap was finished because of their procedure to measure and make the cap in house. When Dr. Sheffield put the cap on he did not have to adjust or sand to make it right. It was perfect.. Everyone that I met could answer every question I asked without hesitation and were very polite and professional, in the way they handled me. I felt like a person, not a mannequin because when I would ask a question to Dr. Sheffield, I felt he was actually listening. I will be recommending Magnolia to anyone that I know who needs dental work done And proud to do it.
I moved to the area almost five years ago. I've been to 3 dentist in the area, based off recommendation. South Magnolia has hands down been the best. There is a sense of knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole of the team. The hygienist was great. She walked me through what she was doing and seeing. The doctor didn't seemed rushed at all. He answered all my questions. Excellent experience.
SMD was amazing! So this place was very clean and comfortable walking through the front door , then when I was brought back to my room it was open but still private so you don’t hear other patients etc. Getting all my xrays & teeth cleaning was a fast and thorough experience! When I got to see the doctor his bedside manner was top notch! Honestly this place is great after I’ve had some awful dental experiences in the past.
