I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Walsh and his entire staff. From the moment we walked into the office, everyone was kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The team made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, organized, and well-managed from start to finish. Dr. Walsh is an outstanding oral surgeon. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed before the procedure. His skill and confidence were obvious, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing we were in such capable hands. The staff deserves just as much recognition. Every person we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt supported throughout the entire process. If you are looking for an oral surgeon who is highly skilled, professional, and supported by an amazing team, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Walsh. I was very pleased with the service I received. The removed my tooth and added a stitch. It was a little sore the first night. Now I don’t have any pain anymore. Great service. Great staff. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Rick Crawford was the best I have ever seen. Let's face it, noone enjoys a dentist visit. 3 teeth needed removal, 1 was a wisdom tooth, 2 were broken so my local dentist refused to touch them. I was put under and a little nervous but the 3 nurses were also wonderful. I was so worried that I would be in some pain and took 3 days off to recover. I had zero pain at all, just drowsy and tired, could have probably worked. 10/10 highly recommend Dr.Rick. He took the time out of his evening to call me and check in. I've never had that happen but it was a great feeling! I don't want to have to see him again but if I do, I will choose him!
I had a really wonderful experience with Dr. Mitchell. I had a really bad infection with a wisdom tooth. I had three wisdom teeth removed. From the consult to the surgery and aftercare, Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. The staff is really thoughtful and caring. The procedure was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and Southern Maine Oral Surgery, Windham Office.
I had an extraction this morning. Nicole, Dr. Russo and Kerry were kind, attentive and efficient. They explained everything as we went along and provided detailed aftercare instructions. If the need ever arises again for me to have any kind of oral surgery, I’ll be back at Southern Maine Oral Surgery.
