My experiences with SOFS have always been excellent. All of the doctors are highly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Lotesto and his assistant, Lindsey, perform my wisdom teeth extractions. Going into the procedure, my anxiety was very high, but Dr. Lotesto and Lindsey did an outstanding job reassuring me and maintaining a calm, comfortable environment throughout. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. I love their office and all the friendly faces there, and I will continue to refer friends and loved ones.
I had a great experience with the workers at this location! Veronica was assisting during my procedure (I got my wisdom teeth removed). She was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Strait performed my surgery and I felt like I was drifting in an and out while under anesthesia and she would always say something that was comforting and made me remain calm. I felt very cared for during this experience. I definitely recommend!
I expected a difficult tooth extraction due to a long curved root. But I broke the rules and drank coffee on my way there, so I couldn’t be sedated as I had initially requested. Dr Young extracted it without sedation. The procedure was quick, easy, and totally painless. This doctor knows sure what he’s doing! Ethan, his assistant, is also a top notch professional. Everyone in this office has a pleasant personality and great sense of humor. I recommend them highly.
We had a wonderful experience with this office. My son was very nervous to get his wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Lotesto was amazing, gentle, calm, and extremely professional, which made a big difference for both my son and I. I was especially impressed that he personally followed up to check on my son after the procedure. That level of care truly stood out. My son liked Dr. Lotesto so much that he was actually hoping he could be his regular dentist which says everything about the trust and comfort he felt. Ethan, the assistant, was amazing. He wqs detailed in explaing the process. Great personality and kind and reassuring throughout the visit. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this office ten times over! ⭐️
