One of my BEST dental experiences. The staff and Dr are highly relatable and professional. A very warm environment. They went into great detail about my needs and the methods to be applied to my care. The day of my dental care I wasn't as stressed as I usually am due to how smooth and genuine m went beforehand. My dental surgery was remarkably without any discomfort or stress. My recovery process went even better and they made sure I was okay every step of the way. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel during my recent extraction. From the moment I sat in the chair, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Extractions can be nerve-wracking, but Dr. Patel’s calm demeanor, confidence, and gentle approach made the entire process smooth and virtually stress-free. I also want to give a huge shoutout to his assistant, Brittany, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire visit, constantly checking on me and helping me feel calm and supported. Her bedside manner truly made a difference and did not go unnoticed. The procedure itself was quick and efficient, and my recovery has been going extremely well thanks to the thorough post-op instructions and care. The entire team was professional, warm, and attentive from start to finish. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team to anyone needing exceptional care all around!
Dr. Patel and staff were great. He removed my wisdom teeth quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was that he followed up the next day to personally check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Professional, fast, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this surgeon. The staff is professional & personable. Dr. Patel is a highly skilled world-class quality surgeon. But I was most impressed with his empathy & honesty. I woke up to excruciating pain caused by an infected wisdom tooth. I’m a travel nurse, so I was new to this area. No idea of who to turn to. Dr. Jason Lee’s office recommended this practice. I was so impressed & satisfied with my experience that I will be returning from out of town just to have him do my implants. If I’m going to make the financial investment to get 4-5 implants placed, I don’t want to worry about the quality of the work.
